Weekend Wedding Event for 150 guests: $3950
A weekend wedding event for 150 guests includes outdoor ceremony and/or reception lawns, the barn and loft apartment, caterer's tent, restrooms, and bonfire pit. Also included are two sets of folding chairs (one for the ceremony & one for the reception), seating and serving tables, set up, take down, and parking attendants. String lights are included for outdoor spaces. By following our guidelines you can bring your own caterer or choose from our preferred list. You can bring your own alcohol with purchase and proof of event liability insurance. Pricing is customized for your needs and guest amount. Payments can be set up with no interest incurred. Event Insurance must be obtained for wedding events.
To hold a weekend date a $250 "hold the date" deposit is taken and is refundable for the next 14 days (provided the event date is at least 3 months away). Within 3 weeks of holding the date, a contract must be signed or the date is released to other parties.
Cancellation of a reserved wedding date is acceptable until 3 months prior to the event at which the reservation deposit is refunded minus a $250 cancellation fee. After the 90 day notice has passed no refund can be obtained.
